Sleepless in Seattle

After the tragic death of his wife, Sam Baldwin (Tom Hanks) moves to Seattle with his son Jonah to restart their lives. A year after their move, Jonah calls in to a talk-radio program and gets his reluctant father to share about his loneliness. Moved by Sam’s devotion to his late wife, thousands of women write letters to him including Baltimore-based journalist Annie Reed (Meg Ryan), who is soon sent on assignment to Seattle to meet the father-son pair.
