Ghost World

After graduating high-school, misfit best friends Enid (Thora Birch) and Rebecca (Scarlett Johansson) are only sure of one thing: that they will find jobs and live with one another. When Enid befriends middle-aged record collector Seymour (Steve Buscemi), a rift emerges in her friendship with Rebecca. A critically-acclaimed early 2000s black comedy, Terry Zwigoff’s first fiction film adapts Daniel Clowes’s eponymous cult-classic comic, bringing to screen a unique vision of adolescent anguish.
