Details About the Film

This film is part of the series SHOW ME: Season 5

Based on the real-life infamous acts of Bonnie and Clyde, this biographical picture follows the romance between Bonnie (Faye Dunaway) and Clyde (Warren Beatty) as the pair embark on a violent crime spree across the country in Depression-era America. A groundbreaking film in the history of American cinema for its unabashed portrayal of then-cinematic taboos, Bonnie and Clyde ushered in a new wave of Hollywood cinema. This screening will be followed by a community conversation led by the State Historical Society of Missouri exploring topics such as the Great Depression, Bonnie’s and Clyde’s connection to Missouri, and the centennial of Route 66.

Please note that FREE tickets for the public will be available at the Ragtag Box Office starting Thursday, January 29 at 12PM.

No more than four free tickets will be given to one person.

A free ticket guarantees you a seat until 10 minutes before showtime and not after. If all tickets have been distributed and there are open seats at 10 till, we will start seating the theater from the waiting list (queue). Ticket holders will continue to be admitted at this time if seats are available. This policy allows us to start on time and give the audience a distraction-free experience.
