In Sarajevo, three Muslim teenage boys–Mirza, Zlatan, and Hamza–train with their coach on a luge track left over from the 1984 Winter Games, now bullet-riddled, covered in graffiti, and swarmed by tourists. Three decades after the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina, these teenagers are part of the next generation of athletes in a country with one of the highest youth unemployment rates and an inability to support their Olympic dreams. The directorial debut of Ryan Sidhoo, The Track is a moving coming-of-age documentary tightly attuned to the power of chasing your dreams against all odds.
True/False volunteers are eligible for free admission to this screening of The Track. Free admission will be provided at the Ragtag Box Office only with T/F volunteer passes on the day of the screening. T/F volunteers are unable to reserve a free ticket in advance.
"The Track is a wonderful film that will have you rooting for not only the underdogs, but an entire country as well."

–Peter Howell, Toronto Star
"The beautifully shot, majestically scored and professionally paced doc [The Track] is as much an examination of the indomitable nature of hope as it is the wonderfully odd sport at its core."
–Jackson Weaver, CBC News
